Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and deploying web applications with JavaScript, React.js, and Java.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to ensure clean, maintainable code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding conventions, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet delivery milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript and Java development, with strong expertise in React.js.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex web applications on schedule.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, micro‑services architecture, and modern front‑end tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum processes and version‑control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
