About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS) for diverse client engagements.
- Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, CI/CD, testing, and data engineering pipelines.
- Drive agile delivery processes, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands‑on expertise in building and operationalizing machine‑learning models and data pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Proven track record leading technical teams in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
