About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a cross‑functional team of developers in C#, Python, and C++.
- Design, develop, and test scalable software applications, driving architectural decisions and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit requirements, propose technical solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet high quality and performance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in C#, Python, and C++ development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
