Senior Technical Lead driving infrastructure automation, overseeing Terraform and Ansible pipelines, integrating ServiceNow, and guiding a team of engineers in CI/CD, GitOps, and Kubernetes environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible across multi‑cloud environments.
- Lead a team of 3–8 automation engineers, providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and performance feedback.
- Architect and operate CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and Kubernetes clusters to support rapid, reliable deployments.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM processes with automation tools to streamline incident, change, and request management.
- Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure and CTO to define automation strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure automation, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Terraform, Ansible (including AAP), and scripting with Python or Bash.
- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
