About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies for complex aircraft systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Oversee project lifecycles from concept through delivery, managing scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with design, production, and operations to integrate maintenance considerations into product development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft reliability, maintenance, or systems engineering.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as FAA/ICAO and maintenance data systems.
