About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that support clinical and operational decision‑making.
- Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
- Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance across AWS services.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses using Python and SQL to uncover actionable insights.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of data excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics within a healthcare or large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and model deployment is a plus.
