About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate high‑impact technical training modules that align with revenue‑enablement goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and enablement leaders to translate complex product features into clear, actionable learning experiences.
- Leverage Learning Management Systems to deliver, track, and analyze training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Apply Agile principles to manage curriculum projects, prioritizing content based on business needs and learner feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to assess training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted interventions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical curriculum development, preferably in SaaS or revenue‑enablement contexts.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, or similar) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies to curriculum projects and collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable using analytics to measure learning impact and inform content strategy.
