About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend CRM functionality.
- Integrate D365 CRM with Azure services, on‑premise systems, and third‑party APIs using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct performance tuning, data migration, and SQL database optimization to support scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure integration services.
- Expertise in SQL Server, data modeling, and writing efficient T‑SQL queries.
- Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript for client‑side scripting and custom web resources.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
