About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements for the Alternative Investments and Private Markets platform.
- Translate complex financial processes into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, support sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
- Conduct data analysis, create data models, and validate data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to design scalable, efficient solutions that improve advisor and client experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in wealth management or financial services, with a focus on alternative investments.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks, SQL querying, and data modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience delivering technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
