Lead complex data‑driven initiatives for insurance clients, leveraging Python, SQL and AI to uncover insights, optimize processes and deliver actionable business solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models and analytical solutions using Python and SQL to support insurance product development and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance underwriting, claims processing and customer segmentation.
- Conduct data quality audits, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of analytical workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of high‑value insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the insurance sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to insurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
