About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data‑centric solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large insurance datasets.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to model risk, predict claims, and enhance underwriting processes.
- Conduct data quality assessments, validate results, and present findings to stakeholders using visual dashboards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of user stories and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as scikit‑learn or TensorFlow.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
