Senior Technical Business Analyst who partners with a federal CIO to design strategic roadmaps, lead complex technology integration projects, and drive operational improvements using Agile and strong stakeholder management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the federal Chief Information Officer to define and prioritize technology initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans, roadmaps, and detailed project schedules for large‑scale integration efforts.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams through initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Conduct business analysis to translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, process improvements, and technical specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and apply best‑practice project management techniques to maintain momentum and quality.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear insights, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or project management within federal or large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and detailed project documentation for complex technology integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
