About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with risk, compliance, and product teams to define and prioritize GenAI use cases that improve risk detection and mitigation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data models, and solution architectures.
- Design, prototype, and validate AI/ML models using Python, SQL, and cloud services, ensuring model governance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, coordinating developers, data engineers, and subject‑matter experts to implement end‑to‑end solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate model performance and risk insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical consulting within financial services, with a focus on risk or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts, machine‑learning pipelines, and model risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployment of AI models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge business objectives and technical implementation for senior leadership.
