Senior Technical Business Analyst - Adaptive Financial Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investment banks, fintechs and capital market clients to elicit, document and validate business requirements for trading platforms.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical architects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and quality.
• Conduct gap analysis, propose process improvements and define data models to support front‑office workflows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and track progress using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on market data feeds, order management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within financial technology or trading environments.
• Deep understanding of front‑office trading systems, market data, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions on time.
