About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of identity and access management solutions.
- Design and implement integration architectures using APIs, OAuth, SAML, and other industry standards to meet customer security and workflow requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver technical roadmaps, best‑practice guides, and training sessions to maximize customer value and retention.
- Monitor account health metrics, proactively identify risks, and execute mitigation plans to achieve renewal and expansion goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering for SaaS security or identity platforms.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and directory services.
- Proven ability to design and execute complex cloud integrations and API‑based solutions.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with a track record of influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
