Senior Technical Account Manager who drives customer adoption and success for enterprise cloud and virtualization solutions, providing expert technical guidance, issue resolution, and strategic planning across APAC accounts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned APAC customers, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of Nutanix cloud and virtualization solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with engineering and support teams to deliver timely resolutions and minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute account‑specific success plans, including architecture reviews, best‑practice workshops, and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and professional services to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that align with customer business goals.
- Provide regular health checks, performance reporting, and executive briefings to demonstrate value and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, cloud services, or enterprise virtualization environments.
- Strong understanding of hyper‑converged infrastructure, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM) and public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude and experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams to resolve critical incidents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Nutanix, AWS, VMware) are a plus.
