Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success within a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
