About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization of the loyalty platform.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and API integration projects, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights, recommend enhancements, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and best‑practice documentation for clients.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional resources to meet client objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, escalating complex issues and coordinating resolution with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or solutions engineering within SaaS or loyalty platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
