Lead a high‑performing mobile engineering team building conversational AI experiences across iOS, Android and React Native, leveraging cloud services and CI/CD in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional mobile engineering team focused on conversational AI products.
- Define and execute the mobile technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with web, services and cloud platforms.
- Architect and deliver high‑quality iOS, Android and React Native applications that incorporate AI‑driven conversational features.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud best practices to accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science and backend teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on mobile development (iOS/Android) and at least 2 years of people‑management experience.
- Proven expertise with React Native and modern mobile architecture patterns.
- Strong background in cloud services (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience delivering AI or conversational interfaces in mobile apps.
- Excellent communication, Agile leadership, and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
