Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and team needs.
Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, industry events, and internal networks.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Craft compelling outreach messages and campaigns to engage diverse talent.
Advocate for an equitable and inclusive candidate experience.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical roles (engineering, programming, etc.).
Proven track record of success in identifying, attracting, and engaging passive candidates.
Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.
