About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans for integrated clinical and operational platforms.
- Lead automated test creation using industry‑standard frameworks and maintain test suites for regression coverage.
- Collaborate with development, product and clinical teams to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects.
- Analyze system performance, security and compliance against regulatory standards.
- Document test results, provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems testing experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing and data validation techniques.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
