Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint security solutions across thousands of Windows devices.
• Manage Windows desktop lifecycle using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and related tools.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support for complex hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to enforce policies and improve overall system reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools (SCCM/Intune).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with endpoint security technologies (antivirus, EDR, patch management).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
