About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ITSM onboarding projects, ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow modules and processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, develop roadmaps, and deliver project milestones on schedule.
- Apply ITIL and change management frameworks to standardize service delivery and reduce risk.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report status to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM implementation, preferably with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 and change management processes.
- Proven project management skills with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
