About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integration test frameworks for complex defense platforms.
- Lead functional, performance, and security testing across the full system lifecycle.
- Develop automated test scripts and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate validation cycles.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to resolve defects and optimize system performance.
- Document test plans, results, and compliance reports for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration and test engineering for defense or high‑assurance environments.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Robot Framework).
- Strong understanding of security standards (NIST, DoD STIG) and experience with secure coding practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
