Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop avionics system architectures for large‑scale modernization programs and new aircraft projects.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams through design, implementation, lab and aircraft integration, and testing phases.
• Drive technical decisions across avionics subsystems, including cockpit displays, controls, flight‑management, and embedded systems.
• Ensure rigorous testing and verification to meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into robust, scalable avionics solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in avionics system architecture and integration for aircraft programs.
• Strong knowledge of cockpit displays, flight‑management systems, and embedded avionics.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with engineering, program management, and regulatory bodies.
• Hands‑on experience with testing, verification, and certification processes in aerospace environments.
