Systems Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and testing of high‑performance storage solutions, driving quality and reliability through advanced automation, performance testing, and continuous integration practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable storage platform components, ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid cloud environments.
- Design and execute comprehensive quality engineering plans, including automated test suites, performance benchmarks, and reliability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system configurations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging scripting and automation tools to accelerate release cycles.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on storage technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and automation frameworks.
- Strong background in quality engineering, including test automation, performance testing, and reliability engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
