Systems Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and deployment of advanced signal processing and sensor systems for multi‑INT applications, leveraging open‑architecture frameworks and cutting‑edge algorithms to deliver mission‑critical solutions to government and industry partners.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end signal processing pipelines for multi‑INT sensor suites.
- Integrate heterogeneous sensor hardware and software into unified open‑architecture platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and validate performance against operational criteria.
- Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and iterative improvement of deployed systems.
- Document design decisions, test procedures, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on signal processing and sensor integration.
- Proficiency in developing algorithms for multi‑INT applications and experience with open‑architecture frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python or C/C++ for algorithm development and system integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with government or defense‑grade hardware and software standards is a plus.
