Lead OT security solutions for critical infrastructure, designing and validating reference architectures that empower sales and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant deployments across industrial environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and present OT security reference architectures to sales and engineering teams for critical infrastructure clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into industrial control systems and network environments.
- Conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations of client OT landscapes.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts to showcase solution capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance, regulatory requirements, and best practices for OT security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS security and systems engineering.
- Deep knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, DNP3) and network segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in designing secure reference architectures and conducting technical sales engagements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security tools and platforms used in industrial environments (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
