About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve hybrid network architecture spanning on‑prem data centers, office locations, and AWS cloud environments.
- Implement infrastructure‑as‑code solutions with Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and manage networking components.
- Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate networking with compute, storage, and security services.
- Maintain high‑availability, performance, and security of physical and virtual network devices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating large‑scale network infrastructure.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Linux systems and networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related networking services.
- Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Solid scripting skills in Python (or Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
