Systems Engineer
Senior Systems Engineer leading technical teams to design, develop, test, and integrate C5ISR equipment for special operations, handling requirements definition, logistics planning, and test & evaluation across the program lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in the research, design, development, testing, manufacturing, and installation of C5ISR equipment for special operations.
- Perform engineering analysis, define system requirements, and develop solution architectures that meet mission objectives.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, supply chain, and sustainment activities to ensure timely delivery and field readiness.
- Develop and execute Test and Evaluation (T&E) plans, analyze results, and certify system performance against specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from military, government, and scientific communities to align technical solutions with operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in C5ISR or defense systems engineering, including hands‑on T&E and logistics planning.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, high‑visibility programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements definition and solution engineering.
- Security clearance eligibility and ability to work in a classified environment.
