About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available Linux server platforms across on‑premise data centers and AWS.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and patch management using Ansible and Terraform.
- Develop and maintain Python and Bash scripts for monitoring, log aggregation, and operational tooling.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce hardening standards and ensure compliance.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident response for critical services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Linux systems in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
