Lead the design, integration, and optimization of advanced training and simulation systems for military platforms, leveraging X‑Reality and live‑virtual‑constructive technologies to deliver cutting‑edge training solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of complex simulation and training systems for fighter aircraft, naval vessels, and armored vehicles.
- Integrate X‑Reality and live‑virtual‑constructive (LVC) capabilities into existing training platforms to enhance realism and mission effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, performance metrics, and validation plans.
- Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for deployed training solutions.
- Document system designs, test procedures, and operational guidelines for internal and customer use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense or aerospace training and simulation.
- Proficiency with simulation tools, X‑Reality platforms, and LVC integration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
