About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing immediate, high‑visibility IT support and troubleshooting.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the stability, integrity, and performance of networked environments across Windows Server, Linux, and virtualized platforms.
- Assess system architecture, identify limitations, and design scalable, disaster‑recovery solutions aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal IT resources to ensure rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime for executive workflows.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, patch management, and compliance standards for critical enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Strong knowledge of disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and high‑availability architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide discreet, professional support to senior executives.
- Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are a plus.
