Systems Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and testing of advanced RF and electronic warfare systems for DoD missions, ensuring compliance with military standards and modular open architecture. Drive cross‑functional collaboration and maintain DoD security clearance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the systems engineering lifecycle for RF and electronic warfare platforms, from concept through qualification and production.
- Define and validate system architecture, interfaces, and performance specifications in accordance with MOSA and C4ISR standards.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to integrate subsystems and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Maintain and update engineering documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with DoD requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in RF or electronic warfare systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of MOSA principles and C4ISR architecture.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, or equivalent).
- U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
