Systems Engineer
Lead the design, integration, and testing of complex defense systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and delivering high‑quality solutions for Army, Navy, Air Force, and other DoW agencies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture design and integration for multi‑domain defense platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirements documents, traceability matrices, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to conduct rigorous test & evaluation activities.
- Ensure adherence to DoD standards (MIL‑STD, DoD‑ITP) and secure acquisition processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contractors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense or aerospace environments.
- Proven track record managing complex integration and test programs.
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for field testing and client engagements.
