Systems Engineer
Lead the design, development, integration and lifecycle management of complex Air Traffic Management systems, applying rigorous systems engineering practices to ensure safe, secure, and efficient aviation infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the systems engineering process for Air Traffic Management solutions, from elicitation to deployment.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, industry partners and specialist engineers to define and validate requirements.
- Design, integrate and test safety‑critical components, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ATM systems, including configuration, change control and post‑deployment support.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, driving continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering for aviation or related safety‑critical domains.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, integration testing and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in modeling tools (SysML, UML) and configuration management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
