About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and integrate complex software and hardware systems supporting space, hypersonic, and nuclear defense missions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure solutions on Linux platforms and AWS cloud environments.
- Develop automation pipelines using CI/CD tools to accelerate deployment and ensure repeatable builds.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to apply AI/ML models for mission assurance and predictive analytics.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for mission‑critical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with strong proficiency in Linux, Python, and C++.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Proven track record implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure system design for defense applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary, high‑stakes environments.
