Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions to automate complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA implementations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, databases, and custom connectors.
- Document automation designs, test cases, and user guides for end‑users and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with deep expertise in UiPath.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with .NET or Java for custom activities.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
