Data Analyst
Lead end‑to‑end systems and data analysis for manufacturing engineering, driving requirement elicitation, data modeling, and solution design using SQL and Python to optimize production processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering stakeholders to elicit, refine, and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements for system enhancements.
- Design and implement data models, SQL queries, and Python scripts to extract, transform, and analyze production data.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate solutions through rigorous testing and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data insights into operational workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document requirements, data flows, and analytical findings for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and data analytics within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with stakeholder management and requirement prioritization.
