About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows Server and Linux systems, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, perform vulnerability assessments, and apply patches and updates across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet regulatory compliance and operational requirements.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train junior staff on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system administration and support roles.
- Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Linux distributions, and virtualization platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
