About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve the operating model, cadences, and governance for complex silicon co‑design programs.
- Translate high‑level strategy into detailed, actionable roadmaps and ensure alignment across architecture, silicon, systems, and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor program health metrics, surface risks early, and make decisive calls to keep projects on track.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration, removing blockers and ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Leverage AI tools and data‑driven insights to accelerate decision‑making and enhance program efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductor, hardware, or systems engineering environments.
- Deep understanding of silicon design flows, architecture, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to create and execute detailed roadmaps and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using AI or machine‑learning tools to improve program outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of making decisive decisions under pressure.
