About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute large‑scale AWS migration plans, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define cloud strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Design secure, highly available, and cost‑efficient solutions using AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, and IAM.
- Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and CodePipeline.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and capacity planning for production workloads.
- Mentor junior architects and developers on cloud technologies and migration techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture with a focus on AWS cloud.
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migration projects from on‑premise to AWS.
- Strong knowledge of AWS security, networking, and cost‑management best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
