About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 operational support for mission‑critical IT systems 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Monitor performance and capacity of end‑to‑end IT infrastructure using specialized monitoring tools.
- Triage and resolve hardware, software, and environmental faults, alerts, and malfunctions.
- Collaborate with field users and remote teams to maintain system availability and security.
- Document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Windows Server and Linux system administration.
- Strong knowledge of network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure, mission‑critical environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
