Senior Support Analyst responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and escalating complex NetSuite issues within an Oracle environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for NetSuite users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across modules such as Financials, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle database performance, executing SQL queries to identify root causes and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to implement bug fixes, configuration changes, and customizations.
- Document solutions in knowledge base, create detailed incident reports, and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Act as a subject matter expert, training end‑users and junior support staff on best practices and new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration and SQL scripting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Proficient in creating technical documentation and training materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
