About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans for high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP solutions.
- Partner with sales, implementation, and product teams to drive adoption, optimize usage, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze customer health metrics, usage data, and feedback to proactively address risks and recommend improvement actions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, ROI, and roadmap alignment to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior success managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer advocacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within enterprise software.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year success plans and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
