QA Engineer
Lead subsystem testing for autonomous cargo aircraft, driving hardware‑in‑the‑loop and flight test validation using AUTOSAR, Python, and MATLAB to ensure safety and performance of hybrid‑electric platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for avionics and propulsion subsystems, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Lead hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and flight test campaigns, integrating real‑time data acquisition and analysis tools.
- Collaborate with systems, software, and integration teams to troubleshoot failures, define corrective actions, and refine test procedures.
- Develop automated test scripts in Python and MATLAB to accelerate regression testing and data processing.
- Document test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of test engineering experience in aerospace or related high‑integrity domains.
- Proficiency with AUTOSAR, embedded C/C++, and real‑time operating systems.
- Hands‑on experience with HIL setups, flight test instrumentation, and data analysis.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and MATLAB for test automation.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
