Senior Structural Engineer (NSQEP) leading design and analysis of complex infrastructure projects using BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and SAP2000 to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions across social, transit, and commercial sectors.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of large‑scale projects, ensuring compliance with NSQEP standards and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit, integrating structural elements with architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Perform detailed calculations and simulations using SAP2000, ETABS, and other structural analysis tools.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize constructability.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee quality control of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in structural design, with NSQEP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM workflows, Revit, AutoCAD, and SAP2000.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
