Senior Structural Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, analysis, detailing, and quality assurance of diverse building projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across the full project lifecycle and excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural designs meet quality standards, applicable codes, and client expectations. This is a US based remote position. Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead the structural design, analysis, and modeling of building systems using industry-standard software and tools
• Develop and review structural systems including foundations, steel, concrete, masonry, and wood framing
• Serve as Engineer of Record, preparing, reviewing, and sealing construction documents as required
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and quality assurance for structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Perform and oversee field inspections, job site visits, and inspection reports on a periodic basis as needed
• Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients, ensuring all project requirements, schedules, and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal departments to ensure structural feasibility, constructability, and compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
• Mentor, train, and foster the professional growth of junior engineers and design staff
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and technical reviews as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License (any state)
