About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end software solutions for precision health products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in design reviews, code quality initiatives, and performance optimization across multiple user personas.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ML‑ready services on Google Cloud Platform, integrating multimodal health data sources.
- Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles.
- Mentor engineers, foster best practices, and champion a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (GCP preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands‑on experience building data pipelines and deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
- Proven track record of technical leadership, system design, and delivering complex, production‑grade applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate across data science, product, and healthcare domains.
