Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑native data platforms, driving end‑to‑end solutions from research to production using Python, Java, machine learning, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, AI‑driven data pipelines and services that support the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, research, and UX teams to translate customer insights into robust technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of best practices in machine‑learning model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor senior engineers, champion code quality, and foster a culture of extreme ownership.
- Evaluate and integrate cloud-native technologies (AWS) to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on data‑intensive, distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java, and hands‑on experience building production ML pipelines.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization, and orchestration tools.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer‑obsessed mindset.
